• Endoscopy (looking into confined spaces such as wall cavities and chimneys using camera and video to assess defects).
• Laboratory analysis of material samples.
• Thermal imaging.
• Photography.
At Dryabode we are not afraid to tackle challenging conditions during our surveys in order to provide a thorough, accurate and professional service . We can use invasive techniques where permission exists to physically open up parts of a building such as removal of brickwork to carry out wall tie inspections and access into sub-floor voids to properly inspect under-floor structural timber. We also specialise in high level surveys and have an array of high level access equipment in order to safely inspect roofs, chimneys and gutters.
Throughout the course of any survey, photographic evidence is gathered along with electronic data from our instruments to provide transparency and ultimately peace of mind.
