We had a long term mystery damp problem in our kitchen for some years. David Kerry a surveyor from Dryabode Property Care came out straight away and carried out a survey with equipment. He traced the problem down to a leak from a hidden water pipe. He devised a solution which kept the cost down and disruption to the minimum. He really looked after our interests and was not content until the work was fully complete. The problem was solved and the insurance company fully informed.
